 Nominations

A prospective new member must have letters on file from two sponsors who are currently Ross Auxiliary members (either two Active members or one Active and one Sustainer).

If you would like to add a prospect to the current Waiting List, please send a sponsoring letter via email to our Membership Chair, including the name, address, phone, email address, and current FAMSF membership number and expiration date. Please make sure that a second sponsor writes a similar letter.

Those on the waiting list must maintain current membership in the FAMSF while awaiting Auxiliary membership. They become eligible for membership in the Auxiliary when space becomes available, either by a current Active Member resigning, moving from the Bay Area, or becoming a Sustaining Member. According to FAMSF - Ross Auxiliary by-laws, Active membership is limited to 45.
